Website Design, App Design, SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Branding, Graphic Design, CRM, POS, IT Services, Inventory Management Systems, and other related IT solutions.

Each project or service engagement is governed by a formal quotation or written agreement between Quick Count Tech and the client.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

• A project deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.

• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or website launch.

• Payments may be made through secure methods (bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.).

• No refunds are issued for completed or delivered work.

• If a project is canceled before completion, partial refunds may be considered based on the portion of work not yet completed.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, graphics, and materials created by Quick Count Tech remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon receiving full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless stated otherwise in writing.

• The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials they provide (images, text, logos, etc.) do not violate any third-party rights.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

• Supply content, documents, and feedback in a timely manner.

• Approve deliverables and designs on schedule.

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quick Count Tech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Website downtime caused by hosting providers or third-party services.

• Unauthorized changes or misuse of delivered materials by the client or any third party.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Revisions and Maintenance

• Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as specified in the agreement.

• Additional revisions or change requests may incur extra charges.

• Post-launch support or ongoing maintenance requires a separate service agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public project information shared during the course of the project.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are overdue.

• The client violates these Terms and Conditions.

• The project involves illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.

10. Messaging Terms & Conditions

By engaging with our services, you agree to receive informational messages (such as updates, notifications, or reminders).
Message frequency may vary.
Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
