1. Policy scope and controlling agreement
This policy applies to service fees paid directly to Quick Count Tech unless a project agreement, order form or payment-provider rule states a more specific lawful term. Approved proposals should identify the payment schedule, deliverables and cancellation conditions before work begins.
2. Deposits and reserved capacity
Deposits secure scheduling, discovery and delivery capacity. Once work has begun or capacity has been reserved, a deposit is generally non-refundable to the extent it covers completed work, project setup, planning, administration, opportunity cost and committed expenses. Any different deposit treatment must be stated in writing.
3. Milestone and completed work payments
Payments for a completed, delivered, approved or used milestone are normally non-refundable. If a project is stopped during an active milestone, we will assess the work performed and committed through the effective cancellation date. Amounts owed may be deducted from any unearned balance or invoiced separately.
4. When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered when Quick Count Tech receives duplicate payment; collects an amount in error; is unable to start a service and no meaningful work, capacity reservation or third-party commitment has occurred; or agrees in writing that a material paid deliverable cannot be supplied and no reasonable correction or substitute is available.
5. Non-refundable items
Completed and accepted work; discovery already performed; approved revisions; emergency or priority work; consulting time; support already used; and third-party costs are generally non-refundable. Third-party costs may include advertising spend, payment fees, domains, hosting, software, licenses, stock assets, printing, production, travel and external specialists.
6. Client delay, change of mind and project cancellation
A change of preference, internal budget decision, delayed feedback or failure to provide required access does not automatically create a right to a full refund. The project agreement may permit rescheduling, a revised scope or a cancellation calculation. Prolonged inactivity may trigger archive, restart or termination terms.
7. How to request review
Send a written request to the regional email below and include the client or company name, invoice number, payment date, amount, service, reason for the request and relevant evidence. Do not send full card or bank credentials. Requests should normally be made within 14 calendar days of the disputed payment or delivery unless the signed agreement or applicable law provides a different period.
8. Review and calculation
We will compare the request with the signed scope, communication record, delivered files, time and work completed, approvals, reserved capacity, taxes, payment fees and committed third-party costs. We may request clarification. A review is not an admission of liability and does not guarantee a refund.
9. Approved refund timing and method
If approved, a refund is normally returned to the original payment method where practical. Processing may take 7 to 14 business days after written approval, plus any time required by banks or payment providers. Currency conversion differences, receiving-bank fees and non-recoverable gateway charges may be outside our control.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us first so the transaction and delivery record can be reviewed. Filing a chargeback for properly delivered work or without attempting resolution may pause active services and access while evidence is supplied to the payment provider. Nothing in this paragraph removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Statutory rights and policy changes
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer or contractual rights that apply under the applicable laws of the State of New York and the United States. We may update the policy for future transactions when services, providers or legal requirements change. The version applicable to a payment is the version incorporated into the relevant project agreement or available at the time of purchase.
