1. Scope of this policy
This Service Delivery & Fulfilment Policy applies to services purchased directly from Quick Count Tech through our website, quotation, proposal, invoice, written agreement or other approved sales channel.
Quick Count Tech operates as a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan and provides digital and professional technology services including, where applicable, website development, software development, e-commerce solutions, mobile applications, digital marketing, design, automation, artificial intelligence solutions, maintenance and related professional services.
Because these are digital and professional services, Quick Count Tech does not normally ship physical products.
2. When a project or service begins
A project is considered eligible for commencement after:
- the required advance or full payment has been successfully confirmed;
- the customer has accepted the applicable proposal, quotation, service scope or order;
- all information reasonably required to begin the work has been received; and
- where applicable, required access credentials, content, branding material, specifications or approvals have been provided.
Unless a different commencement date has been agreed in writing, project scheduling normally begins after these requirements have been completed.
Payment alone does not necessarily start the delivery period where essential customer information or access required to perform the service remains outstanding.
3. Project commencement timeline
Quick Count Tech normally begins project coordination or initial work within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of the information required to begin the service.
Certain services may begin sooner, while larger, custom or technically complex projects may require additional planning before active development begins.
Any specific commencement date contained in an approved proposal, quotation, order confirmation or written agreement will take priority over the general timeframe stated in this policy.
4. Estimated turnaround and delivery time
The estimated turnaround time for a service will normally be stated on the relevant:
- service or pricing page;
- package description;
- quotation;
- proposal;
- invoice;
- project agreement; or
- written order confirmation.
The turnaround time displayed or agreed for the purchased service will form part of the expected project schedule.
Turnaround times are estimates unless expressly identified in writing as guaranteed deadlines.
Delivery periods may vary depending on project size, complexity, integrations, third-party dependencies, requested changes and the speed at which the customer provides required information, feedback and approvals.
Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays observed in Pakistan unless otherwise agreed.
5. How digital services are delivered
Depending on the service purchased, completed or partially completed work may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- deployment to the customer's website, domain, hosting or server;
- customer or project portal;
- email;
- secure download link;
- cloud storage;
- source-code repository;
- staging or development environment;
- software dashboard;
- shared project management system;
- digital file transfer; or
- another electronic delivery method agreed with the customer.
The method used will depend on the nature of the purchased service.
No physical shipping is normally required for Quick Count Tech services.
6. Milestones and staged delivery
Larger projects may be divided into milestones, phases or deliverables.
Examples may include discovery, design, prototype, development, testing, customer review, revisions, deployment and final handover.
Where milestone payments are applicable, work on a subsequent milestone may be dependent upon:
- approval of the preceding milestone;
- payment of the applicable milestone invoice; and
- receipt of any information needed for the next stage.
Approval of a milestone may constitute acceptance of that completed portion of the project unless a material issue is reported within the agreed review period.
7. Customer review and approval
Where a service includes customer review, Quick Count Tech will provide the relevant deliverable or preview and request feedback or approval.
Customers should review submitted work within the timeframe specified in the project communication, proposal or agreement.
Where no specific review period has been stated, customers are encouraged to provide feedback within 5 business days.
Delayed feedback may result in corresponding changes to the expected completion date.
Approval given through email, project portal, messaging platform or another documented communication method may be treated as confirmation that the relevant stage has been accepted.
8. Revisions and change requests
The number of revisions included with a service depends on the package, quotation, proposal or agreement purchased by the customer.
Included revisions normally apply to modifications within the originally approved project scope.
Requests that introduce new functionality, substantially different designs, additional pages, additional features, new integrations or other work beyond the approved scope may be treated as a change request.
Additional work may require:
- an updated quotation;
- additional charges; and/or
- an extension of the delivery timeline.
Work on an out-of-scope request may begin after the customer has approved the revised cost and scope where applicable.
9. Delays caused by the customer
Project schedules rely on timely cooperation from the customer.
Quick Count Tech will not be responsible for delivery delays resulting from circumstances including:
- late provision of content or information;
- delayed feedback or approvals;
- incorrect or incomplete instructions;
- unavailable domain, hosting or server access;
- delayed provision of account credentials;
- changes requested by the customer;
- failure to make an agreed milestone payment; or
- other required actions that remain pending from the customer.
Where a project is delayed due to the customer, the delivery schedule may be extended accordingly.
A prolonged customer delay may also require the project to be rescheduled according to current production availability.
10. Third-party platforms and dependencies
Some services may depend on third-party systems, including domain registrars, hosting providers, cloud platforms, payment gateways, plugins, software licences, APIs, social-media platforms, advertising platforms or other external technology providers.
Quick Count Tech cannot guarantee the availability, approval times, functionality or performance of third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.
Delays caused by third-party reviews, API approvals, account verification, outages, platform restrictions or similar circumstances may extend the delivery timeline.
11. Third-party fees and recurring costs
Unless specifically included in a package or written quotation, third-party costs are separate from Quick Count Tech's professional service fee.
These may include:
- domains;
- web hosting or VPS services;
- SSL certificates;
- premium themes or plugins;
- software licences;
- API usage;
- cloud infrastructure;
- email services;
- SMS services;
- payment-gateway fees;
- advertising expenditure;
- app-store fees; and
- other third-party subscriptions or services.
The customer is responsible for recurring third-party charges unless Quick Count Tech has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
12. What constitutes completion of a service
A project or service may be considered completed when the deliverables included in the approved scope have been substantially completed and one of the following has occurred:
- the final deliverables have been supplied to the customer;
- the website, application or software has been deployed to the agreed environment;
- the customer has provided final approval;
- the agreed final milestone has been completed; or
- all contracted work has been delivered and only requests outside the approved scope remain.
Minor issues that do not prevent the core agreed service from functioning do not necessarily prevent a project from being considered substantially completed, provided they are addressed in accordance with the applicable support or correction terms.
13. Final delivery and outstanding payments
Where a project includes milestone or balance payments, Quick Count Tech may require all outstanding amounts to be paid before final handover, production deployment, transfer of final source files, licence transfer or release of other final project assets.
Where otherwise agreed in writing, the terms of that agreement will apply.
Ownership or licensing rights to completed work are governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions, quotation, project agreement or other written contract.
14. Maintenance and support after delivery
Post-delivery maintenance, technical support or ongoing management is included only where expressly stated in the purchased package, proposal, quotation or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, completion of a development project does not create an unlimited obligation to provide future:
- maintenance;
- content updates;
- security monitoring;
- feature additions;
- software upgrades;
- hosting administration;
- third-party troubleshooting; or
- ongoing technical support.
Additional maintenance or support may be purchased separately where available.
15. Service interruption and events outside our control
Quick Count Tech will use reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery schedules. However, delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, third-party platform failures, cyber incidents, government restrictions, natural disasters, infrastructure disruption or similar events.
Where such an event materially affects a project, the customer will be informed where reasonably practical and the project timeline may be adjusted.
16. Relationship with our Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests are governed separately by Quick Count Tech's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The amount of work already completed, committed resources, approved milestones, third-party expenses and other relevant factors may affect refund eligibility.
Customers should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a service.
