Quick Count Tech follows an approval-based workflow for custom services.
Where a project includes design, creative, architecture, strategy or implementation planning, the applicable concept, direction, brief, mock-up, scope or implementation plan will be submitted to the customer for approval before the corresponding production/development stage is started.

Once a customer approves the applicable design, concept, project scope or implementation direction and Quick Count Tech begins work based upon that approval, the customer has a limited cancellation period.
A cancellation/refund request submitted within 24 hours after the relevant written approval and commencement of that production stage may qualify for refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
